Our community residential services cater to adults aged 55 and above in our quaint assisted living facility, which can accommodate up to five residents. Situated in the serene heart of Eagan, MN, our location offers peace and convenience with proximity to shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants.
Each resident enjoys a private bedroom and access to comprehensive services, including medication management, weekly assessments, nutritious meal preparation and education, indoor and outdoor activities, community engagement opportunities, and socialization initiatives.
Home Health
Care
Our home health care services, also called private duty nursing, cater to clients of all ages requiring complex medical care. Our skilled nursing team delivers specialized services, including tracheostomy care, G-tube care, medication management, and wound care in the comfort of the client’s home, with care exclusively provided by licensed RNs and LPNs.
Basic Home Health Care
Our basic home health care services include:
- Assistance with Dressing, Self-Feeding, Oral Hygiene, Hair Care, Grooming, Toileting, and Bathing Shopping
- Standby Assistance within Arm’s Reach for Safety While Performing Daily Activities
- Verbal or Visual Reminders to Take Regularly Scheduled Medication (Includes Bringing Clients’ Previously Set Up Medication, Medication in Original Containers, or Liquid or Food to Accompany the Medication)
- Verbal or Visual Reminders to the Client to perform Regularly Scheduled Treatments and Exercises
- Preparing Modified Diets Ordered by a Licensed Health Professional
- Laundry Assistance
- Housekeeping/Other Household Chores
